Job Description
As a Workflow Coordinator, you'll oversee project workflows, client coordination, and reporting. From structuring processes to managing deadlines and onboarding, you'll ensure smooth operations, efficient delivery, and accurate reporting across accounting functions.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting Australian businesses or accounting firms
- Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy and high-quality work
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and deliver strong results
- Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows for greater efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for clients and team interactions
Your Daily Tasks
- Project structuring in Keeper
- Driving key deadlines across the team
- Client meeting coordination and agenda setting
- Generating and distributing meeting notes
- Capacity modeling and management
- Producing monthly internal reports
- HR coordination including performance reviews
- Project implementation support
- Provision of software access across the team
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- Internal reporting (productivity, utilization, etc.)
- Preparation of monthly report deck
