Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and provide a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance.
  • Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
  • Review offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency and comply with location specific laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-growth/fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS.
  • Scheduling tool experience.
  • Ability to quickly pick up tooling and follow processes for clean data creation.
  • Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
