As a skilled Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a key role in our team supporting the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies: Assist in creating effective recruitment plans to attract quality candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various methods to identify and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, assist with offer negotiations, maintain relationships with external agencies and job platforms, and promote the organization's employer brand.
  • Enhancing Employer Brand: Support initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work by promoting its attractive employment opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
