We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a fully remote position, this role offers flexibility while focusing on bringing in top talent to drive our company forward.

The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of the computer hardware sector, enabling effective communication with technical and non-technical candidates. This role demands a keen eye for talent, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored for the computer hardware industry
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Managing the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably in the computer hardware or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruiting databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
