Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the full cycle of recruitment processes from job postings to candidate selection.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • - Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions.
  • - Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • - Conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare employment offers.
  • - Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • - 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • - Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • - In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices.
  • - Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred).
  • Personal Qualities:
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
