Wellness Coordinator Role

TaskUs is committed to prioritizing employee well-being and creating a culture of constant motion. As a key member of our wellness team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resiliency Studio curriculum, coordinating resources, and scheduling appointments efficiently.

  • You will facilitate workshops, manage outreach programs, and create marketing materials to promote wellness initiatives within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, and maintain organized records to meet audit requirements.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with the Resiliency Manager and other wellness personnel to implement best practices in wellness, recognize employees in distress, and refer them through proper channels and resources available at TaskUs.

This position requires flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks, prioritizing duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and adapting quickly to changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance of Resiliency Studio wellness curriculum provided by Vendor clinicians
  2. Partnership with Operations and Vendor providers for cohesive wellness tools and resources
  3. Liaison with internal TaskUs stakeholders and Vendor clinicians for appointment scheduling and staffing coverage
  4. Creation of reports and presentation of data for committees, business reviews, and administrative personnel
  5. Handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  6. Development and facilitation of workshops and outreach on wellness topics
  7. Responsible for monthly outreach programming and purchasing needs related to events
  8. Collaboration with Operations and WFM for optimized event times
  9. Compliance with TaskUs policies and HIPAA regulations as applicable
  10. Maintenance of organized records to meet client audit requirements

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
