Job Title:

Emotional Wellbeing Specialist

This role plays a vital part in fostering a psychologically safe, resilient and healthy workplace environment.

The Emotional Wellbeing Specialist delivers individual and small-group sessions, provides timely support for urgent wellbeing needs and leads training on resilience, coping mechanisms and stress management.

The ideal candidate is a qualified professional with a background in Clinical Counseling or Psychology. The individual should be a fully licensed Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor with experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions to support emotional wellbeing
  • Providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs
  • Leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping mechanisms and distress management

Required Skills And Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Qualification in Clinical Counseling or Psychology
  • Full registration as a Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building
