
Employee Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Employee Operations Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employee lifecycle processing, data management, and HRIS systems. They will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, managing employee records, and performing data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new hires, job changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Support basic HR reporting needs.
- Flexibility to work across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
