Job Title: Specialist, Employee Communications

This is a remote opportunity for a professional in employee communications to join our award-winning team.

About the Role:
  • To thrive in this position, you will develop, implement and measure employee communications messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • You will play an important role in positioning and promoting our company's voice through traditional and digital channels.
  • Your work will involve collaborating with the entire team to ensure messages are consistent with our overall brand, style and voice.

A typical day as a Communications Specialist may include:

  • Streamlining complex ideas and business strategies into relevant, approachable and engaging messages tailored to specific groups.
  • Creating various types of employee communications tactics - including electronic, print collateral, intranet articles, processes, job aids, etc.

We're looking for a talented communications specialist who has a passion for storytelling and enjoys seeking out best practices and trends in the field. If you have strong writing and editing skills, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in employee communications or equivalent education.
  • Understanding of corporate communication practices and protocols.
  • Experience in human resources or internal communications is highly valued.
