Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with expertise in retail solutions and e-commerce platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve Target and KPI's by building lasting relationships with Key Decision Makers and creating a healthy sales pipeline through solution selling.
- Upkeep CRM system to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Closing deals with targeted logos while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong background in B2B sales, especially in the local market.
- Experience in retail solutions and e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in understanding and selling products related to point-of-sale systems, inventory management, customer relationship management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Skill in connecting with stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ability to create effective strategies for successful sales and focus on customer experience to maximize satisfaction.
- Proficient in English and Tagalog; a plus if conversational Fookien/Mandarin.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related course. MBA is a plus but not required.
- 5-8 years of sales experience.
