Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with expertise in retail solutions and e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Target and KPI's by building lasting relationships with Key Decision Makers and creating a healthy sales pipeline through solution selling.
  • Upkeep CRM system to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Closing deals with targeted logos while providing excellent customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in B2B sales, especially in the local market.
  • Experience in retail solutions and e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in understanding and selling products related to point-of-sale systems, inventory management, customer relationship management, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Skill in connecting with stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Ability to create effective strategies for successful sales and focus on customer experience to maximize satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog; a plus if conversational Fookien/Mandarin.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related course. MBA is a plus but not required.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience.
