The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of PST. This dynamic position requires a visionary leader who can build and manage a high-performing team, driving business growth and innovation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the marketing, sales, and support departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a talented team of BDMs, Sales, and Marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Process Development: Design and implement efficient workflows, best practices, and process improvements to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing returns on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with management and other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions to enhance motivation and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in department development and management.
  • Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing, sales, and support principles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
