Our organization seeks a seasoned Business Management professional to drive performance and transformation initiatives across the Commercial & Investment Bank. This individual contributor role will oversee business metrics reporting, workforce management, asset review, and capacity planning for over 3,000 employees.

This key position involves leading performance improvements, productivity enhancements, and process efficiencies. As a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, you will identify and mitigate business risks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proposing enhancements to manual processes and identifying key business risks, driving resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Participating in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
  • Communicating effectively with key business partners to drive projects.
  • Providing responsiveness to executive requests related to business analysis and project management.
  • Managing and delivering key workstreams and tasks.
  • Collecting and maintaining internal resources and documentation.
  • Creating and proposing amendments to policies.
  • Coordinating team activities and preparing materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Driving transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyzing current business processes for improvement.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A graduate degree from any 4-year course.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced ability in MS Office tools, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with stakeholder groups and driving agendas.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence individuals towards common goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
