Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to drive business growth through effective, measurable, and evolving digital strategies.


This role requires a strong blend of data-driven strategy, testing expertise, and a deep understanding of user behavior to enhance app & web performance.


The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and lead the execution of impactful initiatives that deliver measurable business results.



Key Responsibilities
  • Leading digital transformation strategies to improve user experience and increase conversions across digital platforms.
  • Conducting detailed data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Designing and running A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execute effective plans.
  • Presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.


Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving conversion improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRO tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, and experience optimising conversion funnels for better results.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centred design, ensuring frictionless, high-converting user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
