Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Performance Management Expert to oversee and optimize the performance of our external vendors and suppliers.

This role involves developing and implementing performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure that vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations and contribute positively to our organization's goals.

The expert works closely with procurement, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships effectively, minimize risks, and maximize value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance vendor performance frameworks aligned with desired outcomes for outsourced functions.
  • Support vendor relationships by ensuring performance compliance with contractual standards and internal standards established by Globe.
  • Co-develop and implement performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure vendor performance meets organizational goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance, contracts, and communications in collaboration with Shared Service and NAI Departments.
