Job Title

A Senior Data Transformation Lead is needed to drive large-scale AI and data transformation programs, focusing on modernizing data architecture, platforms, and ecosystems using cloud hyperscalers and specialist technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions on modernizing data platforms and accelerating the use of AI/ML.
  • Develop and present proposals that reflect a deep understanding of the Financial Services AI & Data landscape, client's problems/aspirations, regulatory requirements, and data modernization best practices.
  • Build excellent relationships with leading hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and specialist technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) to build joint propositions and identify revenue-generating opportunities across FSI in Southeast Asia.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end on-prem or data modernization programs, including strategy, architecture, design, migration, and operations.
  • Oversee project teams delivering cloud-native data architectures, data lakehouse implementations, customer data platform, and real-time data integration solutions using leading data platforms.
  • Conduct data platform assessments, develop modernization roadmaps, and define target-state architectures aligned to business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and develop value-driven propositions on leveraging AI/ML to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders on shaping strategic priorities, technology investments, and operating model transformations.
  • Manage project delivery economics, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in data transformation, AI, and ML.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and specialist technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale data transformation programs.
