Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and outreach to potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Buildeffective sales pipelines by nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Document client interactions, progress, and sales activities in our CRM system for transparency and effective follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide clients with feedback and improvement ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities, and contribute to strengthening our brand presence.
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is implemented effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Meet revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain regular monthly outreach and steady pipeline conversion rate.
  • Drive engagement with prospective clients by executing timely follow-ups on ongoing opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to one successful initiative per quarter, aligned to role seniority.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline across sales stages, ensuring consistent deal flow and minimal stagnation.
  • Forecasting accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating deal probabilities and expected close dates.
  • Consistent and accurate use of internal tools by documenting all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
