Key Position: IT Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role at our company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day technical assistance and support to internal teams and external clients in an effective and timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently using various service management systems and tools.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to maintain clear and effective interaction with end-users, delivery aggregators, franchisees, and head office personnel.

  • Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Collaborate with the IT Support Manager and other team members to continually improve service delivery processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working in an IT support or helpdesk environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with service management systems and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
