Key Position: IT Service Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role at our company.
Main Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical assistance and support to internal teams and external clients in an effective and timely manner.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently using various service management systems and tools.
Utilize strong communication skills to maintain clear and effective interaction with end-users, delivery aggregators, franchisees, and head office personnel.
Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaborate with the IT Support Manager and other team members to continually improve service delivery processes.
Demonstrated experience working in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with service management systems and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
