MES Customer Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers and resolving complex issues related to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL databases, and T-SQL programming language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to MES software, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and address operational data issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including basic design and layout principles.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation, as well as SQL databases and T-SQL programming language.
