
Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative technical solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities- You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and pain points, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Design and present effective solutions that demonstrate the value of our products, addressing customer challenges through creative technical approaches.
- Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar technical customer-facing role, such as Solutions Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Team-oriented mindset, working effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
