Key Responsibilities

The Training and Executive Operations Manager is accountable for delivering seamless client experiences while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role integrates strategic leadership with hands-on execution to optimize systems, drive performance, and scale operations.

Job Duties
  • Ownership of the entire client lifecycle ensures consistently exceptional service delivery from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
  • Executive Partner (EP) performance and operational KPIs are closely monitored, with proactive identification of gaps and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Client feedback analysis anticipates needs, enables real-time course correction, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Internal alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes is ensured through internal communication as the voice of the client.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • A remote team of Executive Partners is led, mentored, and inspired to drive performance and engagement.
  • Customized onboarding programs equip new hires to deliver top-tier client support from day one.
  • EP workflows are shadowed and audited, providing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to elevate team performance.
  • Conflict is managed decisively, and a culture of high performance and continuous learning is maintained.
Operational Systems & Process Optimization
  • Internal SOPs, playbooks, and workflows are built, refined, and managed to scale operations efficiently.
  • Cross-functional partnerships with Training, Partnerships, and the CEO streamline processes and strengthen operational alignment.
  • Dashboards, reporting tools, and automation (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier) drive visibility, accountability, and data-informed decisions.
Escalation Management & Strategic Problem Solving
  • Swift and professional issue resolution occurs as the primary escalation point for client or operational issues.
  • Risks are anticipated, expectations are managed proactively, and client trust and operational integrity are safeguarded.
