Business Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to our Business Development team and driving growth through the development of high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of hybrid Business Development Representatives to exceed quarterly and annual new business pipeline generation targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand our Business Development team and drive growth.
  • Coaching and developing direct reports to ensure consistent attainment of goals and objectives.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Cofense's technology stack and supporting the Business Development team with lead follow up and proactive outreach.
  • Conducting regular review meetings and team huddles to share best practices and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Business Development leadership roles, including experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams. Additionally, they will possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion.

A degree level or equivalent qualification, along with 4+ years' experience running Business Development or Inside Sales teams, is required for this position. Experience in Cyber Security is also advantageous.
