Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

As a skilled leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services through effective management and continuous improvement. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control team performance to ensure adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development support to team members.
  • Drive change and influence positive outcomes through strong leadership.
  • Ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
  • Implement and manage process changes and optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and international subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in service delivery or project management.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English (spoken and written).
  • Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with IT services.
  • Flexible and receptive to evolving responsibilities and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
