Operations Excellence Manager

The Operations Excellence Manager plays a vital role in supporting Sales and Marketing teams by optimizing operations, enhancing customer-facing team efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This strategic leader will be responsible for managing technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Systems Management: Own and manage the setup and optimization of technology systems for both Sales and Marketing teams, including page layouts, custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, processes, and reporting.
  • Technology Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize the entire technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools, with a primary focus on marketing automation platforms.
  • Platform Expertise: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for marketing automation platforms. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the capabilities of these platforms in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Process Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes, improve lead nurturing, and increase efficiency.
  • Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, including lead nurturing flows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and post-sale customer engagement.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Build, document, and maintain key sales processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting). Partner with Sales leadership to refine sales journey operations.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate lead forecasting models to predict future lead generation and revenue performance. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align forecasting with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Create scalable processes that support company growth and improve team efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations roles, with a focus on technology system administration and marketing automation.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales dynamics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
