Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Leader

Job Description
  • Oversight of key business support and operational functions ensures efficient delivery of services and execution of business processes.
  • Accountable for quality service delivery, process efficiency, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external service standards, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Prioritize customer experience by providing market-competitive turnaround times, high-quality service, and utilizing best practices throughout the process.

Establish governance around account management, process control, and ensure proper controls are documented and implemented.

Collaborate with other areas of the business to achieve operational excellence in executing operational-related activities.

Responsible for creating, delivering, and analyzing operational reporting and KPIs; provide recommendations to senior management for better decision-making opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership teams to identify opportunities to optimize operations, service, and cost efficiency sales structure, roles, and territory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ years progressive experience in leading large operational/administration functions
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process automation, efficiency, and service initiatives
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and business operations
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Influencing, negotiating, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work in a non-structured environment
  • Process and change management abilities
  • Post-university degree or professional designation
