Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to lead our organization's HR efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and coordinate training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
