Bridge Between Clients and Assistants

This role is designed to facilitate success on both sides of client-assistant partnerships.

You will be the key to creating win-win outcomes, where you coordinate strategies for clients and assistants, lead direct interactions with clients, coach and develop assistants, bridge communication gaps, and build lasting partnerships.

This position requires someone who has proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients, excels at ensuring client satisfaction, loves developing others, and gets excited about coordinating success across multiple stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate
  • Coordinate solutions when clients face challenges with their virtual assistants
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their assistant services and grow their business
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set clients up for long-term success
  • Build strong relationships focused on mutual growth and satisfaction
