Brand & Talent Partnerships Specialist
Mosaic is seeking a results-driven and resourceful Talent Partnerships Officer to drive the sales and commercial execution of our artist catalogue and creative services. This role is focused on actively generating leads, closing bookings, and fostering meaningful partnerships with brand clients and agencies for performances, guestings, content collaborations, and campaigns.
You will play a key role in expanding Mosaic's commercial presence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities — from live events to branded storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Mosaic's talent and creative services, including performances, appearances, content collaborations, and brand campaigns
- Identify and pursue new leads from agencies, event organizers, production houses, and direct brand clients
- Pitch and close deals through persuasive proposals, dynamic presentations, and service packaging tailored to client goals
- Design custom commercial packages that combine talent offerings with Mosaic's in-house creative services (short films, branded content, events)
- Negotiate rates, terms, and deliverables to align with client budgets and project scopes
- Manage contracts, and coordinate calendars post-booking logistics, ensuring clear communication across all involved teams
- Maintain updated sales tools such as artist reels, decks, case studies, and proposal templates
- Track performance metrics, client feedback, and conversion rates to continuously improve sales strategies
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Talent teams to align brand voice, talent positioning, and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in media, entertainment, events, or advertising)
Strong negotiation skills and confidence in pitching to agencies or brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized, responsive, and attentive to detail
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
Passionate about the local entertainment and content scene
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools, Canva, or presentation software is a plus
Special Skills:
Sales Prospecting & Negotiation
Able to identify potential clients, pitch services persuasively, and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
Creative Service Packaging
Can conceptualize and bundle talent services with Mosaic's content production capabilities to create compelling brand proposals.
Industry Awareness
Familiar with the trends, platforms, and brand behaviors in entertainment, music, events, and influencer marketing.
Client & Relationship Management
Confident in building long-term client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication.
Presentation & Proposal Development
Skilled in preparing polished decks, proposals, and rate cards using tools like Google Slides or Canva.
