Job Overview:

At TalentPop, we're scaling our eCommerce customer support with a world-class team. We're seeking a detail-driven Recruitment Specialist to join us on a day-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify top candidates and streamline recruitment processes
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Update recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
