Talent Acquisition Requirements

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships with stakeholders, and have experience in talent acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
    Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Screen and evaluate potential candidates for open positions
    Evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify top talent
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job postings
    Administer and conduct interviews with selected candidates
  • Check references and verify candidate qualifications
    Make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluation results
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
    Update and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and other relevant data
  • Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future recruitment efforts
    Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process and strive for continuous improvement.
    Ensure accurate information in the applicant and employee system during the onboarding stage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a must
    At least 1 year of relevant experience in the staffing industry, Corporate HR, or related field is required
  • Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
    Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, internet searches and/or internal sourcing initiatives
    Experience in or knowledge of Sagility client sectors is advantageous
