Job Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day sourcing activities to contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team. The Sourcing Specialist manages assigned sourcing channel/s through strategic planning, implementation and analysis and drives site and virtual applications and hires through his/her assigned sourcing channel/s. The Sourcing Specialist plans and implements channel-specific activities and collaborates with various Med-Metrix partners/vendors/network to implement Talent Acquisition initiatives. The Sourcing Specialist is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team and will conceptualize, strategize and implement sourcing activities to ensure delivery of the team's hiring targets.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategies for his/her assigned channel/s and implement initiatives which are beneficial to Med-Metrix.
  • Coordinate with Vendors, Med-Metrix Internal Teams and Employees to implement and generate the needed output on leads, actual applications and hires.
  • Monitor and manage performance of assigned channel/s.
  • Reporting (Creating, Analyzing and Publishing Data necessary for strategic planning).
  • Ensure channel initiatives and function are aligned with Med-Metrix's policies, cost and process compliance.
  • Responsible for procurement and invoicing of assigned channel/s' expenses.
  • Source qualified candidates to fill hiring demands.
  • Ensure achievement of Sourcing Targets by implementing cost-effective strategies for Med-Metrix Recruitment.
  • Monitor market trends and innovative sourcing techniques to increase effectiveness in the role.
  • Come up with channel-specific proposals to increase capability to source candidates.
  • Respond to all queries related to his/her assigned channel/s.
  • Maintain, track and analyze numbers and come up with action plans for encountered challenges.
  • Track channel spend accordingly.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned in support of the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in Recruitment Sourcing.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of Talent Attraction Strategies.
  • Successfully handled a sourcing channel/s in previous experience or role.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a high changing environment.
  • Analytical skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Set-Up: Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Day or Mid shift, depending on business need.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
