As a procurement expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's operations by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring seamless movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure smooth movement of goods, communicate with logistics providers, and resolve scheduling conflicts or delivery delays.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Assist in various procurement and inventory-related projects, complete data entry tasks, and update bills of materials (BOMs) in the system.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Background in procurement or purchasing support, preferably in the food industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or device and equipment sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
