Government Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Contract Specialist to oversee the bidding process for government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals and pest control services. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with our offerings.
  • Prepare competitive bids and proposals ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams to create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for government contracts with focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing compliant bids including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
