Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our government contracting efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. government procurement processes, regulations, and strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services
  • Analyze cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals
  • Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) and industry regulations/li>Monitor competitors and market trends in service apartment rentals or pest control services to enhance bidding effectiveness/
  • Qualifications Required:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control
      • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes
      • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation
      • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/li>Preferred Qualifications:

        Education:

        • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
        • Experience:
          • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms (e.g., SAM.gov)
          • Knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals (e.g., lease agreements) or pest control (e.g., licensing and safety standards)
          • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
