Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished purchasing and accounts professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in procurement, financial management, and be able to contribute to IT and hardware/software procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Evaluate suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and oversee contract agreements.
  • Handle purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or financial management.

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
