Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay current with industry trends in SAM, ITAM, and relevant technologies.

  • Strong background in Flexera technologies, including FlexNet Manager Suite and Flexera One.">
  • Deep understanding of software licensing models and complex licensing scenarios.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.">
  • Proficiency in IT service management and IT asset management tools, such as ServiceNow.
