Sales Performance Analyst - Enablement Expert
About the Role
This is a detail-oriented and analytical position that will optimize the sales process, analyze performance data, and drive operational excellence. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Account Management and SPE teams to provide insights, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision making.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into performance indicators that inform sustainable growth.
- Support monthly business reviews with data-driven insights.
- Measure the effectiveness and adoption of key dashboards and drive adoption in collaboration with different teams.
- Collaborate with SAM leadership to streamline and improve sales processes, tools and workflows.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in internal analytics and processes.
- Identify opportunities for scaling analytics or processes.
- Document and communicate updated processes as required.
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems; regular data hygiene checks.
- Assist onboarding new members in sales and account management as needed.
- Provide input on territory analysis and ownership of year-end account transfers.
- Support global forecasting processes.
- Support ad hoc projects including new system implementation, tool evaluation and market research.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data and insights clearly.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize effectively.
