Sales Head - Banking, Financial Institutions and Conglomerate Clients

This is a key sales leadership role under the Enterprise Business responsible for driving the growth of our sales and revenue generation team. This position involves shaping the sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering results.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Leadership and Development
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's strategic goals.
    • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine the sales strategy.
    • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
    • Monitor the progress of opportunities and guide the team in closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Implement and optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency.
    • Identify areas for automation and technology enhancement to streamline sales operations.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to executive leadership.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any business-related courses.
  • With at least 15-20 years of sales or business development experience with proven leadership capacity.
  • Preferably, with experience in telco sales and with existing network of banking, FI and conglomerate clients.
  • Candidate must be willing to report 100% on-site in BGC.
