Optimize Sales Processes as a Mid-Senior Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, analyzing performance data, and providing insights to support strategic decision making.

As a sales performance analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales metrics, pipeline data, and forecasting to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into key performance indicators.

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, finance, or a related field. They will also have 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to present data and insights clearly. Analytical approach with a focus on data-driven decision making is essential.

Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data analysis tools are necessary. The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is also required.
