Strategic Sales Operations Liaison Role Overview

This role serves as a crucial bridge between sales operations and cross-functional business units to drive operational excellence, enhance sales performance, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Strategic Sales Operations Liaison partners closely with sales leaders, business stakeholders, and marketing teams to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective operational action plans.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to sales processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Align with client-facing teams to support go-to-market strategies and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate planning and communications between global and local sales teams.
Data Analysis & Performance Insights:
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to uncover trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver dynamic dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights for sales leaders and client teams.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, pipeline velocity, win rates, and campaign ROI.
