Workforce Optimization Specialist

This is a highly analytical role that requires strong technical skills and expertise in workforce management. As a Workforce Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring staffing levels to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of workforce metrics and data analysis, with experience in developing dashboards and visualizations to inform business decisions. You should be proficient in using SQL, Excel, and other tools to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule workforce operations to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review current performance data and identify opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in using SQL, Excel, and other tools to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets
