The US Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist will be a key member of our customer success team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves leading new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days, defining and maintaining implementation programs, and owning the end-to-end implementation process.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days.
  2. Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
  3. Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, including successful software adoption and training.
  4. Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  6. Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  7. Participate in cross-functional groups to improve communications, tools, and products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing implementation roles, preferably managing larger implementations. They should also have basic spreadsheet/database skills and the ability to learn quickly. Additional qualifications include payroll experience, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management.
