Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of In-Field Coaching Specialist. As an In-Field Coaching Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting missionaries during their first twelve weeks in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one coaching, small group facilitation, and regular follow-up to ensure the successful integration of new missionaries into the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training sessions based on approved curriculum to meet the needs of assigned missionaries.
  • Collaborate with mentors and managers to direct missionaries in planning and accounting for their learning.
  • Coach missionaries in preparation for live sessions and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  • Ensure continued growth, development, and understanding of In-Field best practices among assigned missionaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of missionary progress and report regularly to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Returned missionary experience or equivalent experience in teaching at a Missionary Training Center (MTC).
  • High proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and training skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Preach My Gospel principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
