Job Title: Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Success Associate. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with an MBA in Marketing who wants to build a career in customer success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients, supporting customer onboarding and ensuring smooth product adoption, acting as a key communication link between our company and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly, managing client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs, collecting client feedback and providing insights to internal teams for product improvements, and tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between our company and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
