Job Title:
Technical Optimization Specialist

As a Technical Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and accessibility of our website. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless user experiences and driving business growth through optimized digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit and Improve Core Web Vitals:
Audit and improve LCP, FID, and CLS to ensure optimal user experiences.
2. Optimize Site Assets:
Optimize images, fonts, and scripts for faster loading times and improved page speed.
3. Minimize Render-Blocking Resources:
Minimize render-blocking resources and implement advanced performance enhancements such as lazy loading, caching, and CDNs.
4. Optimize JavaScript for SEO:
Optimize JavaScript using dynamic rendering, server-side rendering, and pre-rendering techniques to enhance search engine crawlability and indexability.
5. Identify and Resolve Issues:
Identify and resolve JavaScript-related crawling and indexing issues to prevent technical site errors and improve search engine rankings.
6. Work with Developers:
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
7. Implement Structured Data:
Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps to enhance search engine understanding and ranking potential.
8. Conduct Technical SEO Audits:
Conduct full technical SEO audits using Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and other tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance.
9. Troubleshoot Issues:
Troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs to ensure smooth user experiences and prevent revenue losses.
10. Analyze Performance:
Analyze technical SEO performance and provide actionable improvement recommendations to drive business growth and increase online visibility.
11. Stay Up-to-Date:
Stay up-to-date with Google's algorithm changes and implement proactive strategies to adapt to emerging trends and best practices.
12. Assist with Code-Level Tuning:
Assist with code-level performance tuning and mini-script deployments to ensure optimal website performance and reduce page load times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience (10+ years preferred)
• Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
• Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
