Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO/AEO specialist to join our growing digital performance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strong search outcomes for our clients, championing their success, and ensuring their performance delights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successful delivery of SEO/AEO programs for our clients
  • Driving organic search growth outcomes and improving organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives
  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborating with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Auditing websites and recommending improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing SEO and AEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LLMs
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Preparing presentations for SEO strategies and ensuring programs are delivering per the agreed objectives and scope
  • Staying up-to-date with algorithm updates, AEO and SEO best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing with at least 4-5 years' experience
  • Passion for SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Previous experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills (must have strong written and verbal English)
  • Flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
