Digital Operations & Listings Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations & Listings Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
  • Comparing performance against previous months/years.
  • Analyzing reservations (confirmed/cancelled), account development, and Airbnb quality scores.
  • Summarizing insights in clear, concise reports.
  • Managing suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com.
  • Resolving listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com (amenities, descriptions, images, automated messages).
  • Setting up and optimizing new listings (content, pricing, images, co-host onboarding).
  • Ensuring all listings are tracked in Monday.com.
  • Designing/updating floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives (Illustrator, RoomSketcher, Canva).
  • Ordering branded assets (business cards, stickers, print materials).
  • Providing ad-hoc support to senior management including policy, price, and payment changes; creating presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com (and ideally Guesty).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Illustrator, Canva, RoomSketcher).
  • Knowledge of pricing optimization and platform integrations.
