We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer (Paid Media) to support our digital marketing efforts and assist our Account Manager in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering results-driven performance, and providing key support in client communication and campaign management. You will be an integral part of our team, working remotely to optimize media buys and improve online presence for clients.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management
· Support the Account Manager by executing paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
· Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, using a data-driven approach.
· Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to meet client goals.
· Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop media buying plans, budget forecasts, and projections for client presentations.
· Ensure timely execution of media buys, placements, and adjustments based on real-time campaign performance.
Client Support & Reporting
· Assist in creating and delivering comprehensive, visually appealing performance reports with strategic insights for ongoing campaigns.
· Coordinate with the Account Manager to produce monthly reports, audit/strategy reports, and social media performance updates for clients.
· Help manage day-to-day communications with clients alongside the Account Manager, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly.
Content and Strategy Support
· Work closely with the Account Manager to support the development of client content calendars and provide input on content performance.
· Offer recommendations to improve client strategies, aligning with their goals and objectives, and ensuring paid media strategies complement the broader digital marketing efforts.
Trends & Best Practices
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and media buying.
· Monitor competitors and trending topics to ensure our clients stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
Business Development Support
· Assist in identifying potential clients for Mustard Seed Digital by providing paid media insights during the pitching process.
· Contribute to pre-audit analyses, media buy plans, creative recommendations, and building of proposal presentations for prospective clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex media strategies to clients.
· Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media tools.
· Ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and how paid media integrates into overall campaigns.
· Outstanding project management skills and ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
· Prior experience working with social media tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
