Job Title: R-105784 WFM Scheduler
About the RoleThis position involves generating reports on historical call volume, handle time and operating performance. The successful candidate will develop detailed call forecasts to inform headcount planning and scheduling. Additionally, they will implement all scheduling processes and maintain a roster of assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Create in-depth reports on historical call volume, handle time and operating performance metrics
- Develop accurate call forecasts for effective headcount planning and scheduling
- Implement robust scheduling processes and maintain an up-to-date roster of assigned programs
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success
