Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinical healthcare specialist to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch healthcare services, including first aid, medical evaluations, and emergency response, while demonstrating critical thinking and excellent bedside manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations, maintain medical supplies, validate certificates, and ensure accurate medical record-keeping.
  • Lead health initiatives, disseminate health bulletins, and conduct safety walks to ensure protocol adherence.
  • Promote and oversee employee participation in evacuation drills, preparing post-mortem reports.
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and DOLE standards, ensuring compliance through monitoring and corrective actions.
  • Organize safety training sessions and implement hazard control and industrial hygiene programs.
Requirements:
  • Preventive Care: Specializing in strategies to minimize workplace injuries, illnesses, and absenteeism, fostering a safer environment.
