Job Summary:

The HR Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee experience, and strengthen organizational commitment. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR services related to employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and internal events while promoting collaboration across teams and aligning activities with the company's values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement Programs
  • Develop, implement, and manage engagement initiatives that boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess engagement needs and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Company Events Management
  • Plan, organize, and deliver company events (e.g., town halls, anniversaries, CSR activities, sportsfests, holiday parties, team-building, etc.).
  • Manage logistics, budget, vendors, and communications for events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with company culture and objectives.
  • HR Service Delivery
  • Provide effective HR support services in the areas of employee communication, engagement, and experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of engagement activities and prepare reports/metrics on participation and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to align engagement initiatives with talent management, learning, and wellness programs.
  • Culture & Communication
  • Act as a culture ambassador by promoting company values through activities and initiatives.
  • Develop internal communication materials (announcements, newsletters, event promotions).
  • Foster inclusivity and diversity in all employee-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement or events management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems/tools is an advantage.
